Chair’s Message 2024
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
On behalf of the Prairie Sky Chamber of Commerce, I hope that you were able to take a well-deserved break to share the joy of the holiday season with loved ones.
As we head into 2024, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you, our valued members and sponsors, for your engagement in the past, and highlight some of what we have coming up this year. As a membership organization, our success hinges on your support, and we truly appreciate you.
We know how important it is for you to have networking opportunities, and our wide variety of events are an excellent way to make those vital connections happen. We are excited to offer our monthly ‘Lunch and Learn’ and ‘Chamber on Tap’ events that bring business leaders (and occasionally government officials) together to provide a forum for you to learn, network and grow your business. You will absolutely not want to miss our highlight events of the year: the ‘Business Excellence Awards Gala’ in May and our ‘Chamber Golf Tournament’ in September. These events are being revamped in exciting ways making them bigger and better than ever! By attending, you are helping to ensure their success allowing our chamber to grow, creating a stong network for all our members, including you. We look forward to seeing you there!
We are starting 2024 with some new board members and our new Executive Director, Angela Steiert, and we are feeling very positive about the upcoming year. If you haven’t met Angie yet, please pop into the Chamber office to say ‘Hello!’ She is more than happy to answer any questions you may have. As a Chamber, we look forward to sharing in your successes and being available to help address challenges as they may arise.
